It is important that your child attends school regularly.  We encourage all our learners to have high attendance so that they can learn well and achieve their best.  

Absence Procedure
If your child is absent for any reason, please notify the school on the first morning of absence by either:

Completing the absence form online 

or

Telephoning the school 01702 475689 (option 1)  

Please provide your child's name, class and reason for absence.  Please keep the office updated if the absence continues into the following day.

Holidays in School Time

Holidays in term time are not permitted.

In exceptional circumstances, the headteacher is able to authorise time out of school. If your circumstances require you to make an application for time out of school, please contact the office for an absence request form or download below.
